We are looking for two Customs House Brokerage (CHB) Execution Agents to join our team in Togo. The purpose of the role is to ensure all Customs documentation formalities are submitted to Customs and State agencies. You will be in the field supporting the documentation and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit documents to Customs and state agencies for processing

• Manage data/documents to assist in the preparation of import and export declarations.

• Secure all supporting documentations.

• Ensure data are kept in the highest level of confidentiality.

• Secure all necessary external documents related to release and delivery to Execution team

• Receive funds for documentation processing

• Timely processing of assigned jobs and submission to Documentation team for on time updates in Trakit

• Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedure

• Interacting with major stakeholders and clients for effective and timely customs

• Obtain invoices from the various terminals and Depots

• Secure weighing tickets

We are looking for

• Prior experience with customs clearance/customs formalities is a strong advantage

• Previous background in administrative position

• Good work organization skills, detail oriented

• Ability to learn quickly and multitask

• Knowledge of SEGUCE/SYDONIA systems is a strong advantage

• Stress resistance, ability to deliver on tight deadlines and prioritize

• An efficient, decisive, result orientated individual

• Proficient MS Excel skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken French and basic English

• Team spirit, self-motivation and dedication
